Can I prevent users from accessing WO searching and the WOSearch page?

I would like to prevent certain users, or possibly certain groups from searching work orders from the search page or viewing saved searches. I can hide the buttons, but is there a way to prevent certain users from viewing the WOSearch page all together?

    Hi Jeff,

     

    You could remove the WOSearch and Saved Searches from the site menu for those groups/users and update the menu roles. That wouldn't prevent them from accessing the search pages if they had a bookmark somewhere.

     

    I looked in the Permissions and Employee Relates, and the only search permissions are to limit who can view costs.

    Thanks Shanae. Unfortunately they can still access the search a number of other ways other than the site menu so I'm going to need to look for some other solution.
