Trying to use And or between in report formula builder

I have a range I'm trying to determine if a value is between in a report formula builder. example:

if Linear Feet of Pipe between 101 and 200 then charge 1300 per square foot.

 

Who do I do that in an iif statement in Unity formula builder?
