The biggest challenge has been labor shortages and delivery of raw materials. Another challenge is transporting of machinery from outside the US.

I think finding and retaining good employees is going to be the biggest challenge.

Not just hiring, but retention during covid has been like nothing we have ever seen. Definitely been a challenge.

I am most surprised by the labor shortage, everyone seems to be looking for jobs. I guess promoting the trades should be emphasized more in schools and colleges, not everyone is cut out for college.

I think I was more surprised with the result of "spend the same" under the cash flow. Most definitely costs are going up! I definitely thought that % would be larger there. We're lucky if bids we submitted less than 30 days ago haven't increased in costs since submission...it's crazy.

It is awesome to see how big of a percentage robotics, machine learning, AI, and others already has even though it can be considered "newer"! Seeing data security and cybersecurity as the largest piece is reassuring knowing our personal information security will continue to improve.

Like so many other companies we are struggling with labor shortage in both the office and field.

I am shocked to see that machine learning is only 7% because with the lack of employees and people being out sick I would think more people would be trained on it and have learn machines in prder to get a job done.

The labor issue is definitely a problem! It is hard to find a lot of new hires these days.
